Sterling by Asamya offers an array of sterling silver and alloy based products to choose from, in combination with faux polki and semi precious & artificial stones, depending on what complements each design. We offer options for customised jewellery, designed and developed from the ideation stage to the final product in sterling silver only.   • Are the colours of the products shown on the website accurate ?

We assure that the colours are as precise as possible. Slight variations may occur due to the effects of lighting during photography. Screen resolution may also vary. Some objects may also appear smaller or larger than their image displayed on our website. Please refer to the dimensions and product details for maximum accuracy.Also, since all our products are handmade and hand-assembled, the colored elements may slightly vary due to their nature of occurrence and availability.

  • How do I know that my order is shipped and how long does Sterlings by Asamya take to ship ?

Once shipped, you will be receiving an email or SMS from our end with the tracking number and order id.We require 2 to 3 working days to process the order as it undergoes quality check before dispatch. The order can take anytime between 3 to 7 working days to be delivered for domestic consignments and 5-15 working days for international consignments. You can reach out to us over email (sterlingsbyasamya@gmail.com) if your order is undelivered within the stipulated time or track your order using the tracking number shared with you at the time of dispatch.In case if a product does not qualify the Quality check , the dispatch from our head office can take upto 7 days .

In case of extensive repair requirements, the costs need to be borne by the customer which will be notified to you prior to making any amendments to the product. We do not promise a lifetime warranty for our products but we assure that the products are made with utmost care and are true to its descriptions.However owing to extensive wear and tear, your silver jewelry may need retouching, with extra charges as applicable. We would request you to please ship the product to us only after discussing with the team regarding the scope of repairs possible.
